Examples - Heroin,oxycodone,methadone,morphine,opium

Antagonist - An antagonist may bind to the receptor of agonist ,prevents the response.

Antagonist of Morphine -There are two antagonist for morphine and of morphine analogues,naloxone and naltrexone.Buprenorphine is an antagonist it blocks opiods.
