The market for dietary supplements has grown immensely over the past decade and while nutritional supplements may be beneficial to some in our population, many really don't need them. So why do people feel they need to take supplements? Are they really doing it for their health or just because it's the new thing? What are your thoughts and feelings about supplement use?

Answer: For a healthy life, one should consume food that are full of nutrition. The combination of healthy food and healthy lifestyle decreases the risk of disease development. But at present many of the nutritional supplements are being marketed. Although some of them provide nutrition and complete the daily requirements of the nutrition. Still some people doesn't need it. But due to the attractive advertisement of those products increases the thoughts to consume those nutritional supplement. These supplements can be obtained through diet which could be more beneficial. But people are unable to take proper care if themselves hence, the depend upon the nutritional supplements. Many people are concerned with their health, hence they consume the nutritional supplements. This is due to lack of time to prepare their meals or obtained the particular nutrition direct from food.
