Following are some problems as per my opinion:

_ the vast majority of respondents participate to measure their own level of compliance and to act further where needed.

_ 95% of survey respondents believe that USP 797 had an effect on patient safety.

_when asked delaying in upgradation,more than half indicated that they were concentrated more on another standard of practice that should be implemented.

_ financial restrictions, a biggest challange in achieving.

Other problems include
