the critical technologies and its transport to foreign
countries.
- The authorised person should be clearly identified.
- The export controlled information should be properly
marked.
- Project data or the materials should be physically shielded
from observation by unauthorized persons.
- Both the soft and hard copy data should be stored in locked
cabinet with key access.
- User id, password or other encryption technologies should be
used to secure data.
- Conversations and discussions should be limited to the
identified investigators. Discussions to third party are conducted
with signed agreements only.
