A. I think yes. Because if the consent is given by the participant it indicates that he or she is willing to do the research studies by following its rules and regulations. It shows that the person is ready to take the responsibilities. So it is one of the responsibility to keep the confidentiality of study if the person violate the rule then the respected authority can take action against him as the consent has signed by the person. It is valied evenif present in the court.
