Since Mr.Biden is diagnosed with type 2 DM that is Non Insulin Dependent Diabetic Mellitus, exercise has an important role in controlling the blood sugar.Exercise Increases insulin sensitivity (insulin works better)

After doing exercise since Mr. Biden had an episodes of dizziness, shakiness and diaphoresis, it is a clear evidence of hypoglycemia.

Insulin dose can be adjusted by frequent monitoring of diabetes.A1C test can be done to know the past 3month blood sugar level.

if the insulin is not being reuced the client can lead to hypoglycemia and even shock.
