The elements which can be considered as challenging in the change project are;

• low emplyee morale
• lack of consensus
• adopting new technology
• failing to communcate
• lack of emplyement involvement and their acceptance to chnage
• orgsnisation complexity
• lack of visbiltity in the change process. This means the organisation should have a clear cut idea about the change process and how it take place.
• managing multiple teams. Since the organisation undergoes change they should sometimes deal with number of teams and sometime it would be very dofficult.
