Recruitment of new employees is done through a competition procedure that that is come in front of eligible candidates through newspaper and website. After that an competition procedure helds and merit list maintained and those who got good marks in that competition procedure calls for an interview .

This step is somewhat right but there is no adventure and fun in this type of procedure. This should be improved . Like that:-

1 :- provide useful and specific details about open roles .

2 :- choose straight forward job title.

3 :-promote your company .

4 :- use clear and proper language .

5 :- take help of media like social media.

6 :- hier candidate who are eligible.
