After that an competition procedure helds and merit list maintained and those who got good marks in that competition procedure calls for an interview .

This step is somewhat right but there is no adventure and fun in this type of procedure. This should be improved . Like that:-

1 :- provide useful and specific details about open roles .

2 :- choose straight forward job title.

3 :-promote your company .

4 :- use clear and proper language .

5 :- take help of media like social media.
