Answer 1: Performance plays major role in the case of the nursing practice or the supervisor. There are severe factors which influences the performance of the healthcare professionals. The excessive working hours causes burn out among nurses. This could decrease their performance. The other reason could be the improper training or rude supervisor. This could increase the mental stress to the nurses. Hence due to this medical error could take place. Additionally, this will impact on the patient's health and treatment process. So, performance elevation is important for positive outcomes of the patient's health, increment, promotion as well as mental satisfaction.
