•Breath sounds: Expiratory wheezing, crackles and diminished breath sounds over the right lower lobe are audible.

•O2 Sats at 89% with O2 per NC at 2L/NC

•Sputum is thick and discolored (yellow-green).

•Wt 190 lbs
