This medication is antimuscuranic in action usually indicated in patients with Foley's catheter .If urine leakage is controlled this medication is effective but in this finding there is urine leakage around the foleys indicating this is not much effective
A urine of 100ml or less than that is the normal residual volume usually after voiding and if this finding occurs it indicates that the medication is effective
It should not lead to increased urination therefore this is not effective
Abdominal incision which is red can be a sign of infection and this management is not related to this problem
The urge to void if decreased indicates the bladder spasm is well controlled and the management is effective.
