Two of the most important strategies to successfully disseminate evidence based practice are:

1. Adequate training : adequate training of the staff involved in various phases of dissemination will help in better implementation of the planned tasks and management of resources. Skilled and trained employees will also help in better management of time and funds.
2. Adequate flow of communication: adequate flow of communication between the staff and management team helps to ensure that there are no confusions and misunderstanding regarding the set goals and methods of execution. The communication should be clear, effective, precise and to the point.
