A drug approval that has been speeded up the passing of the  Obama 21st Century Cures Act into law. Thus research and development are promoted in the USA far more. The USA has a high spending on healthcare, thus the patients in the USA have a higher access to the diagnostic technology such as the MRI. Hence evidence-based practice is effectively followed in this country.
