Medical advancements are a boon to todays world and have come up long way from practices done almost a decade ago. Unfortunately, despite of such progresses there are a lot of factors affecting the standards of practicing these medical care. Countries with low socio economy or developing countries are the ones affected by such problems like the economic burden, less resources, lack of proper infrastructure and roads, limited access or transportation to the sites where medical help are available, lack of Government planning for the community. There are also cultural and social practices and ethical principles which refrain them from seeking medical help. Social stigma of diseases and infections , mental illnesses, and lack of knowledge are also among the prime factors of such problems. Working in such areas can also become a stressful situation for the caregivers as well.
