Active Adult Center visit helped me personally in getting in healthy, involved in activities that make me; active, independent and a contributing member of the community. I was offered various programs of physical and recreational activities that were customized according to my culture to keep me involved.. From leading a sedentary lonlelye I became an active member of my community interacting with others and contributing my share. I stared doing my physical activities and but an effective social convoy through the community interactions I had.
