They monitor the medication, they call the code and they have the enough medical knowledge to even diagnose a patient. So, if there are sometimes mistakes made by doctors and nurse realize the mistake them it can save a person's life. How nurse reacts to a situations is very important for the quality of treatment. So, if the nurses are qualified enough then they play very critical role in leading improvement in health care.
