Nurses are the most important in quality maintaining and improvement in health care because nurse is the person that spends most time with their patient and not the doctors. They monitor the medication, they call the code and they have the enough medical knowledge to even diagnose a patient. So, if there are sometimes mistakes made by doctors and nurse realize the mistake them it can save a person's life. How nurse reacts to a situations is very important for the quality of treatment. So, if the nurses are qualified enough then they play very critical role in leading improvement in health care.
