Grieving process is a sensitive emotions. On the other hand some patients want to share what is the kind of pain they are going through, in such situations we should hear them and try to console our patients. Certain precautions can be taken care as patient shouldn't become violent or not take any action that can harm them. Expressing pain is a natural process and a patient must allow to talk, cry or express as this will make them feel better and even it's good for their mental health.
