assessment is first step of nursing process in which nurse collect data from patient like in school and factory

assessment include patient history and collect data by inspevtion plapation,auscultation and percussion

next step is planning, a nurse should make a plan to provide patient best care

implementation ; all plan implemented to reduce the riskof further injury

evaluation; is process by which check the patient gettin benifit or not
