  • Iatrogenic causes like aministration of anesthetics, presurgical medication and labour inducing drugs

  • Patient should be asked to void to eliminate the iatrogenic possible through that
  • Breast feeding is encouraged to secrete natural oxytocin
  • Uterine massage that stimulates contraction of uterus and induce secretion of prostaglandin so as to reduce post-partum haemorrhage
