Education is the basic rights of all students and childrens. In order to make sure the mathematics and English skills  in students are achieved after completing each grade .In simple it is the standards established for these two subjects in particular .

The standard describes that academics should be same throughout the states and the students should not face difficulty when they shift from one state to another for varied reasons .

It can be supported if it is derived from the federal government because if the federal government issues these types of standards ,it will be more reliable ,broad aspect benefiting the overall population instead of a particular group .
