Tuberculosis is a communicable disease which can spread from one person to another through air and droplet infection method.

There is an approximate reporting of 6.4 million of people infected with this bacteria and it is expected that it can cross over 10million people who are newly diagnosed.

There isc2% decreasing cases each year .The morality has also come down by 3%

The main cause are low socioeconomic status , poverty, low immunity ,multidrug resistant ,etc.,

The anti tuberculosis treatment if treated by early diagnosis can be completely cured

The government has initiated many programs like screening and diagnosing the infected and treating them effectively.
