1. Nurses have probably always known that their decisions have important implications for patient outcomes. Increasingly, however, they are being cast in the role of active decision makers in healthcare by policy makers and other members of the healthcare team.

Throughout the nursing program ,it is possible for a student to know about themselves. It helps them to u dersyand their strength and weaknesses , limitations , importance of supporting others to improve their physical as well as mental well being.
