How can a nurse evaluate whether the practice change that is implemented based on research was effective? How do you know if there was transferability of results to your situation? Please provide reference.Thank you.

• The nurse can evaluate practice improvment for the effective research in previous years they are not having the more knowledge but because of improve the technology the research also play an important role in the nursing.
• In the previous years the nursing practice is less but now a days the nursing practice is increased.
• As our view the research is providing best knowledge or practice to the people.
• Without the research nothing is evidence based practice.
• If the information is passing from one person to another person ( transferability) we can know the through validity of content.
• The transferbility means passing the information from one hand to another hand.
