Acute pain is a type of pain that  lasts less than 3 to 6 months and it is directly related to soft tissue damage such as a sprained ankle.It lasts only for a short duration but it resolves as the injured tissues heal.

Chronic pain is pain that lasts for years and cause permanent damage.

physical-appearance, body structure, mobility, and behavior.

Physical Appearance : This contains general information about the patients age, sex, level of consciousness, skin, facial.

Body structure :- Stature
- Nutrition
- Posture
- Position
- Body build
