Answer: Altruism can be defined as concern for the well being of the others. For example a person giving charity in the old age home. Usually people perform altruism by helping people to overcome from depression or by supporting them with money etc. Human being always does practice to help others.

It can not be only the altruism that can remove the diseases. It is important for each person to get involved in the mission to eradicate the disease. It requires collaboration of human beings, healthcare professionals as well as technology to reduce the risk of the tropical diseases. Because imparting knowledge, providing information could elevate the concern among people. Hence people should come together to fight with the disease.
