Homework Answers

Answer #1

1. Clarifying: Ask questions to get a clear picture of your feedback. Staying calm enough to ask questions and listening to the suggestions will open a way to recognize things to be done, to improve.

2. Observation: Realizing matters from your successes and failures is an apt way of obtaining feedback that allows you to change your way of thinking and action, to have a better outcome.

3. Listening Properly: Giving an ear on what others mention about your performance, is an apt way to get accurate feedback. Do not rationalize the feedback or argue over it. Good listening helps you to improve your work effectively. It is often seen that a person when gives feedback with positive intentions but spiralling it into a negative comment by the listener, causes destruction.
