Answer. Confidentiality is one of the major ethics of health care services. It is against the rules or ethics to share your client's information with your colleagues.

There should be the consent of the client in written before sharing his/her profile with anyone.

The client's records should carry minimum required information and the clients should be aware that when and to whom it will be shared.

It is not legal to share any small information to any of the colleagues because it violates the ethics or the rules of privacy policy.

The collaboration the colleagues is one example of good social work practices but they should not be mixed with the sharing information with them. There is a clear line difference between the two.
