Answer 1: The hostility and anger can have an effect on health as anger adversely effect the health. Anger causes several abnormalities such as headache, abdominal pain, poor digestion etc. It may also causes brain haemorrhage and stroke. The hostility leads to increased risk of depression, mental stress and many other health issues.

Some of the techniques that can be utilized to control anger are:

  • Enhance the ability to tolerate.
  • Isolate yourself in anger so that you may not harm others.
  • Talk to your self.
  • Do meditation
  • Adopt healthy lifestyle.
  • Increase social interaction.
  • Make friends.
  • Increase understanding skills.
