1)Acute bronchospasm is also called as Asthma attack.It is the narrowing of the airtube due to inflammation leading to difficult breathing.

Ineffective/Impaired breathing pattern related to inflammation as evidenced by wheezing, tachypnea

2)we can diagnose the bronchospasm by vital signs ( respiration),Spo2, patient unable to lie down,wheezes, flaring of nose

Treatment:

• Medication as per order
• Inhaler( bronchodilators)
• Inhaler ( Corticosteroid)
• Propped up position
• Increase fluid intake because this will thin out the secretion
• Health educate on avoiding allergens
• Internal room cleanlines
• Avoid strenuous exercise
• Monitor vital signs
