Ans) Role of nurse:

- Implementing the healthcare program is an important part of my job.

- I have to implement any changes in design or adapt to anything new that comes my way that's for the betterment of healthcare services. Every hospitalization visit is unique in it’s own way and as the nurse for these accounts I have to be able to advocate for my patient’s when I am implementing the hospital’s utilization plan.

- This role can vary between design and implementation because higher management and sales deal a lot with the design of the program. The compliance department is also involved in making sure that we are complying to the law and the policy and regulations of the health plan.
