Lawsuits are civil actions brought in a court of law in that the party who claims to have incurred a loss as a result if the defendants action demands a legal or an equitable remedy. Its a major risk for hospital professionals as they are handling with life.

Todays world is a lawsuit happy society people are not ready to take a chancebor risk with their money. If you ever have a chance of getting sued, start taking pictures, collect the names and be proactive. Respond quickly and meet the challenge head on to avoid a lawsuit.
