Food is the main source of minerals in our diet

The minerals needed for the body includes calcium, chloride, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium. I have taken calcium supplement.

1. Calcium ( sources - diary products like milk , cheese, yogurt and it is also found in green leafy vegetables, nuts and fortified foods. Calcium is necessary for the strength of Bones and teeth. And our body also needs calcium for blood clotting and normal nervous system and muscle function.

We needs to drink 8 ounce glasses of water means 2 Litres of water per day. It is really needed to prevent dehydration. Our sources of water include well and tube well
