because corporate hospitals establised for earned money, money and money they don't care what happen with nurses and other staff after provide long term services to hospital and after all staff has relieved

but there is many hospitals that are nurse and staff friendly provide the job security till you work after complete probation

in above question lucky can claim against hospital on the basis of job security after prolonged services for hospital,because this is not fare, when the nurse is young take maximum benifits and after this terminate the staff on the basis of his higher salery
