Physical activity is very important in everyone's life , not only as a health student but everyone. Physically active life is actually the healthier life. Walking , exercise , running , dancing , jogging , playing outdoor games etc are few examples of physical activity.
One important strategy that everyone should follow is physical exercise. It is a bodily activity that enhances one's physical and mental life . It allows for sufficient oxygen pumping and supply throughout the body which keeps one active and energetic throughout the day.
Exercise can be like gym workouts , yoga or any weight training. It helps in preventing aging, stress and tiredness,develops rapo with cardiovascular and other biological systems , weight loss and being fit.
