Low-carbohydrate diets have been very popular recently. Many people today are going on variations of the high-protein, low-carbohydrate diet. Describe what happens in the body when only proteins and fat are ingested but carbohydrates are excluded. Are diets that are high in proteins and fat healthy weight-loss alternatives?

  • When we are taking more amount of proteins and fats it will useful for the body but it is not healthy diet and in some cases they are excluding carbohydrates rich diet. It will show variation in the healthy life.
  • If protein and fats are more eating the energy will consume very fastly and incase of fat it will store in the adipose tissue in the abdomen.
  • It leads the person feels that weakness, weight alteration we can observe .
  • When they are not taking the carbohydrates the metabolised starch will not store in the liver so the person is feeling tired frequently.
  • Proteins will give 4 k.cl, fat contains 9 k.cl, then carbohydrates contains 4 k.cl, here fat having the more energy but it will not helping growth and development of the body.
  • Carbohydrates help increasing the muscle tone.
