Explanation : Both Hodgkin's Disease and Non - Hodgkin Lymphoma are cancerous growth of the lymphocytes. Hodgkins Disease develops more generally in the lymph nodes of the upper body while the latter can be generalised. Both of these diseases have general symptoms of feverf night sweats and weight loss. Multiple peripheral lymphaedenopathy may also develop in both. Pain in bone marrow isn't generally seen in either cases but Hodgkin's Disease has presence of lymphocytopenia.
