Because infants with GERD we must keep the infants for atleast 30minutes following feeds and elevating crib and diaper-changing table by 30degrees may also help prevent symptoms of reflux..

We have to avoid feeding just before bedtime and diluting formula with water..it can make the newborn vomit soon..always we have make the newborn upright position when vomiting..side lying position may lead to aspiration..
