Pain is a component of most cancers. Today, there is skepticism about the best way to treat pain. Patients experiencing cancer pain are said to have the worst pain most have ever felt. Yet, this seems to be individualized to the patient and type of cancer. What are some of the physical changes a patient might experience early in their cancer diagnosis?

Answer - Some physical changes in early stage of cancer as following -

- A changes in normal bowel and bladder functions  

- A sore that doesn't heal from long time.

- Unusual discharge or bleeding from that areas.

- Thickening or lump in any part or tissue.

- Difficulties in Indigestion or swollowing.

- Obvious changes in wart or mole.

- Nagging cough or hoarseness.

They all 'CAUTION' warning sign for cancer, all changes are seen in early stage of cancer as well as they aware us.
