I must access at least one research. If you find one can someone answer these????
I have to put them in my powerpoint slides.
Role of Nursing:
Discuss the role of nursing in implementing your quality improvement project. How can nurses impact, support, and sustain the change?
Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA):
In a perfect world, how would you go about using the PDSA cycle to implement the chosen quality improvement project? (Write one page)
QSEN Competency and KSAs:
Explain how you were able to incorporate at least one QSEN competency and associated Knowledge, Skills, Attitude (KSAs) in your presentation and/or research process. (Write one page)

"Soft music playing in the hospitals to reduce anxiety and fears"these is wrote by Willam congrev in 1965.music reduce pain and anxiety in case of surgerical Generally world music or soft pop are reduce anxiety.
Listening the music after the operation or before Operation can help to reduce pain.during this research give a patient safe electecal shock with help of Electrode.Music helps reduce pain by activating sensory pathways and that are compete with pain pathways in the brain.
Also music have stimulating emotional responses, and engaging cognitive attention. Because the music is competing with the pain pathways in the brain, it appears to help to take the focus away from pain.
Also they have noticed that the person having less pain are not useful music therapy to reduce the pain and anxiety as the compare Patient with higher anxiety.according the scientist the discovery of that pain and anxiety are reduce to the distraction is new finding.
Much has been said about the healing power of music in hospitals. Now two recent studies show just how much music can help both patients and clinical staff reduce stress, which improves outcomes all around.
When patients have been on a ventilator and are relearning to breathe on their own, it can be a very stressful process, especially since they’re likely still recovering from other medical problems that may leave them anxious and weak.

Ans-3)PDSA-
PDSA stands for the plan,Do,study,Work.the is role model for the improvement.plan-do-study-work are the action oriented learning.this is scientific method include the planning for goal, try for this, observe the results and work on what you learned.
A)Plan-make prediction on what is happen and why.make all analysis.state object for test.devloped a plan to do change in which include why?when?what?where type quetion.
B)Do-analysis on the data.carry out the test and observe data.
C)study-analyse the data and it's result.study the results and statistics.compare this data with analysis and prediction.summerise and reflect on the what was learn.
D)Act-action is important.refine the change and the act on test.and prepare the plan for next test.

Goal for the Quality and Safety Education for Nurses (QSEN) project is to meet the challenge of preparing future nurses who will have the knowledge, skills and attitudes (KSAs) necessary to continuously improve the quality and safety of the healthcare systems within which they work.
6 competencies in Quality and Safety Education for Nurses-
1) Patient Centered Care
2)Teamwork and Collaboration
3)Evidence Based practice(EBP)
4)Quality improvement (QI)
5)Safety
6)Imformatics
SAFETY-Minimizes risk of harm to patients and providers through both system effectiveness and individual performance.
Safety is important to minimise possible dangers to patient and providers with encouragement of near misses and good catches.
Safety involves identifying and practising best practice standards and procedures.
