The future plan is to work as a dedicated staff nurse.Along with the duty,need to attend conferences and workshops to aquaint with new technologies. Be a part of our professional development. I am interested in voluntary work like palliative care and want to become a member of TNAI. Continuing education is mandatory for all. All the organizations should arrange the facilities for inservice education.then only the staffs get professional knowledge. Graduate degree is basic now.so it is inevitable.
