Healthy lifestyle is the basic requirements of all living beings. The health and illness varies in each state depending upon various factors. Obesity is one of the growing health issue in the state of West Virginia.It stands at the first place in the rate, prevalence and incidence of obesity.In simple nearly one third of the population suffer from obesity and its complications.

The reason for this is poor life style practices,lack of exercises,poor dietary habits.

The recommendation which can vecnade to address this issue are by creating awareness,health educating through the academics,screening and early intervention. These things can help to address the health issue in an efficient way.
