Being ethical in work gives self gratification and improves our quality of life. Anxiety about the next step in a project or on any work assignment results in distraction and poor delivery. It also results in a waste of time. Therefore it is important to carry out every duty at hand to the best level possible. Being present in the moment means that experiencing or carrying out every duty at that moment, to the best of your abilities. a sense of well being.presence is foundation for focus and mindfulness.now a days many people practicing multi tasking and they are doing two to three works at a time. this may reduce the time but it has even negative effects like it reduces the quality and productivity of our work. Now a days with advancements in technology, people got addicted to smart phones, computers and others. this also has a negative impact on work.
