Virtue ethics focuses not on what to do, but on what to be. ' Virtue ethics takes a special place in philosophy of the human mind. It explains some key aspects of human moral behaviour, decisions and actions, providing a comprehensive picture of moral life. By practising being a honest, brave, just,generous and so on, a person develops an honorable and moral character. It guides a person without specific rules for resolving the ethical complexity. 4 broad categories of ethical theory are deontology, Utilitarinism, rights and virtues.
