Nursing is the mist cast and vital professionals in the healthcare sector. The care rendered by them can change the lives of many. An individual recovers completely when he has a peace of mind, no health or physical or psychological issues and thus having a spiritual faith .These three concepts are met in holistic nursing and providing a care which is total .This not only relieves one from worldly instincts but beyond that giving a spiritual care.

The significance of this holistic nursing are

  • It can create a therapeutic environment and therapeutic communication with the patient
  • Cultural diversity can be met and enabling the patient to be in a comfort zone and cooperate well in treatment.
