HOW NURSING THEORIES PROVIDES DIRECTION :

Nursing theory provides basic concept about the whole nursing practice, it works by guiding them and providing them knowledge which they will implement it in their whole nursing career. At times it is difficult to use the theory into the clinical practice but it is always adviced to follow theory. A nursing theory will help nurses to follow the pattern which not only helps build the nursing profession but also encourages better interpersonal relationship amongst patient and nurse, it gives the patient confidence that they are right hands.
