a. RBC's in this results is varied.that is 30 to 40 /HPF. Normal eis 0 to 4/HPF.It indicates that patient may have urinary tract infections, injury or trauma to kidney, renal calculi etc.The urine is also cloudy.
b. Yes.few squamous are shown in epithelial cells. This indicate the urine is contaminated.
c. Advice the patient to send the urine again for tests.it helps to confirm the diagnosis.
d. Tell the patient to undergo remaining investigations like USG,KUB etc.
