The nursing research and the evidence based practice is the back bone of nursing practice.without these two,nursing profession can't develop. The nursing research help in finding newly innovated technologies and it provides a basis for nursing practice.it helps in improving professional knowledge as well as in developing theories.The nursing research and evidence based practice is like two sides of a coin. These both are needed to keep the nursing profession strong. Evidence based practice gives better care and helps in eliminating old knowledge through the application of new knowledge. It helps in decision making also

Today's nursing practice is based on evidence based practice. The person who is not aware of evidence based practice may feel difficult to work as a nurse.it is very essential.
