1- The healthcare should make strict policies and confidentiality agreements for the safeguard of the data with proper labelling, limited access so that no one can breach or leak the data.

2- Give the responsibility of the patient data to a well educated and trained employee who knows about the risk of breaching and also risk management.

3- Use highly advance electronic device having proper security system and encryption. They willmake sure that risk of data leaking is minimum.
