• Management process
• Having the positive and negative aspects on the type of treatment and opting for the most accurate treatment for the patient
• Treating the patient with honour and dignity

It can affect the professionalisim by having difference of opinion, leadership strategies,etc.,

Eg.,A clinician who is a having a specific leadership quality by making own decisions and giving priority for that decision can affect the professionalisim.

Science and medicine has its own culture .In medicine any sort of simple to complex intervention is achieved ,learnt , implemented only after scientific research and evidence.It is in a form of applied science .The science is getting knowledge via observation and through experimentation.
