Who is the most important person in the learning process? Trainer or learner?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

The perspective for this answer is different of everyone. According to me trainer is the most important person in the learning process because learner is involved in the course for the purpose of learning. Most of the students get deviated from the learning process because trainer's technique is not proper or involvement is not enough for the students to get engaged in the learning process. If the trainer regularly interacts with learner and asks about difficulties and try to rectify the mistakes they make, I don't think that any student will have problem in learning process.
